Sending Shout-Outs to Our Fellow Associates

The following are all submissions recognizing fellow associates for being awesome every day! Thank you for just doing more for each other! ????

“Que Rick Ross…Every Day I’m Hustlin’…

To know Bradley Puckett of CMA’s Valley CDJR is to know the Hustle, it is even printed on his name tag. Shout to an Owner who just does more every day, from leading his team, to painting for Spring Pride, a true owner who juggles so much.

Sometimes, we often forget to shout out the mangers who keep this train rolling. I think everyone on his team would agree, he is the glue that keeps the sales force motivated and breaking records at CMA’s Valley CDJR.”

“We (CMA’s Volvo of C’ville) helped facilitate a sale of a new Ford Explorer for (fellow associate) Brian Pugh’s mom through CMA’s Williamsburg Ford. When the vehicle was driven from Williamsburg the check engine light came on. Knowing that we could do warranty work through CMA’s Colonial Auto Center on Ford products I drove it down to CAC and without hesitation Gary Spencer did a quick diagnosis, putting Brian’s mom at ease. Then the check engine light came on again before her leaving. We arranged for her to leave the Explorer and within three days (one being a Sunday) Brian’s mom was happily in her New CMA Explorer. Gary grabbed the situation, knowing the CMA way of moving lives forward, and knowing how important it was to take care of not only a customer but one of our own.”

“Our receptionist, Eva Butler of CMA’s Colonial Subaru, cares very much for our customers and coworkers. She brought in a candy jar full of lollipops with tiny envelopes attached to them. Each envelope had different business card size messages of encouragement inside. She brought them in for our customers as well as coworkers.”

“Eva has been so awesome since joining our team. She really is such a ray of sunshine!!”

“Jonathan Jaeger is recently back with CMA’s Toyota of Martinsburg as a sales manager. I always see him with a smile on his face, and attitude of service. Quick example of that is that I see him walking the shred bin out to the trash/recycling every day he’s here. It’s like it’s his personal mission to make sure his team has an empty shred bin.

However, something that struck me as a true “Do More Moment” was when a couple of boys came into the dealership to sell coupon books as a fundraiser for their school. Not only did Jonathan buy 1, he bought out the rest that the boys were selling! Talk about doing more to swell these boys with pride of selling out! I know it’s not related directly to a car sale or even his job, but leaving a lasting impression like that for those boys really seemed special to me. Thanks Jonathan, for all you do!”

“Shout out to Zach Simmons at CMA’s Valley Honda for going the extra mile, in the mud no less, proving that owners just do more to verify an abandoned vehicle fornthe accounting department in the rain. Zach, now you need get those kicks cleaned!”

“This guy! Let me tell you: Byron Morgan at CMA’s Honda of Winchester takes on more responsibilities than anyone I know and does it with a smile. Even since we were a part of the Miller Group, Byron has assisted other departments and sister stores with management, inventory, delivery, and even staffing! The greatest part about it is that this isn’t just a moment, it’s a way… its OUR way. Might not be the Miller way, might not be the CMA way, but it is OUR way. We help those of us who need help where we can assist, and look no further for compensation than to see the helped prosper. Byron has been an ongoing example of the Golden rule; even if how he is treated is not reciprocal. If this isn’t a prime example of Do More Moments, I am not certain what qualifies.”
