The Spark Plug is an award that is given in honor and memory of Mike Erwin who was with our company for 34 years from being a sales associate to a service manager to used car manager to General Manager and a Partner and COO of CMA. The award recognizes associates in our company who go beyond just great performance!
True spark plugs put their team before themselves…knowing that alone you can go fast but together you can go far. One spark plug doesn’t make much of a difference on it’s own. True spark plugs ignite positivity, energy and encouragement in those around them. Spark plugs are a key part of helping an engine run smoothly and effectively.
The 2023 group of CMA Spark Plug Winners include a few associates who have won this award many times, a few associates who have been with us for years but are first time winners and a few winners who are just finishing their first year with the company. This year’s winners are from every single department in the company, recognizing that it takes energy, positivity, and hard work from every area of CMA to keep our engine running well.
