Outstanding Service by CMA’s Mike Gazdik!

This customer review was sent in to highlight CMA’s Colonial Nissan’s Service Manager, Mike Gazdik, on his outstanding service to out-of-state travelers! Thank you Mike, for being a great example of CMA’s values and Owners just caring more!

“My wife and I, both in our seventies , were traveling to Manassas for a family wedding. We spent the first night of our trip in Charlottesville on Nov. 14th. While driving from our home in Spartanburg, SC in our 2015 Infiniti Q70 L I noticed the warning lights for the brakes and the ABS were flickering on and off. Needless to say this was of great concern to me and there was not an Infiniti dealer in Charlottesville. We were planning to visit Highland and Montpelier before going on to Manassas. We went to your Nissan dealership in the hope of remedying the brake issue before continuing our trip. Mr. Michael Gazdik, the Service Manager, diagnosed the probable issue immediately and simply added some brake fluid. He asked me to drive a short distance to determine if that remied the problem. It did and after thanking him we continued on to Manassas. He charged us nothing for his excellent diagnosis and service. He is an outstanding representative of your company and I will be certain to tell my friends and family in the area about his help and service. Please excuse my delay in sending this email. Thank you
