New HealthJoy Feature for CMA

Hi Everyone!

I am excited to let you know that CMA has been selected to test a new feature for HealthJoy called Find Care!

Find Care is a powerful self-service tool that allows you to search for and find in-network care for virtually any healthcare need. Instead of waiting for a recommendation from HealthJoy’s concierge team, you can find your own in-network providers and facilities in minutes. Best of all, HealthJoy’s concierge team is still available 24/7 for the services you know and love, like appointment scheduling and answering benefits questions.

To try it out, open the HealthJoy app and tap ‘Find Care’ from the menu

HealthJoy will be sending you a survey in the next few weeks asking for your feedback, so be on the lookout for that.
