Congratulations to Crystal Downs on being promoted to Assistant Service Manager at CMA’s Colonial Hyundai!
Crystal has been at CMA’s Colonial Honda for almost 10 years, first as a Receptionist and then promoted to Service Advisor. She has proven herself to be a vital resource within CMA and for the thousands of customers she has served. She is smart, driven, and truly believes in Moving Lives Forward. We know the Honda team will miss her, but we are so excited to see what she will do in her new role at Hyundai next door.
In addition to her work with CMA, Crystal is a busy mother of five and grandmother to one. She and her husband live in Prince George County and enjoy spending free time on North Carolina’s Outer Banks.
Congratulations to Ron Rose, who is now Parts & Service Director for CMA’s Colonial Kia and CMA’s Colonial Hyundai!
Ron started with CMA in 2013 as Service Manager at CMA’s Colonial Kia. When we opened the Subaru store across the street, he became Service Manager there and has been managing both departments successfully for the last five years. As new challenges and opportunities arose with the Kia and Hyundai brands, we at CMA realized that having one manager for both would provide needed synergy and much greater flexibility in directing our parts & service teams with greater efficiency. They have similar products, customers, and service issues, and we believe Ron is up to the task!
Ron has two kids and coaches football, baseball, basketball and track. He’s also a marathon runner. (Busy guy!) In the free time he has, Ron loves riding his mountain bike and hiking in the Blue Ridge Mountains.
Congratulations to Jon Carpenter on becoming Service Manager at CMA’s Colonial Subaru!
Jon recently celebrated his 10-year CMA anniversary as Service Manager at CMA’s Colonial Hyundai. He is transferring to Subaru to replace Ron and to be the exclusive Service Manager at that store. Subaru is an important brand poised for much growth, and Subaru of America has been requesting that we have an exclusive Manager to lead this department. We feel Jon is the perfect person to take Subaru to unprecedented levels of success.
Jon is a family man with five children. When he is not at work, he is enjoying the outdoors with his family or helping out with his church.
