Promotions at CMA’s Valley Dealerships

Congratulations to Aubrey Weaver and Adam Payne on their promotions to new roles within CMA!

Aubrey Weaver

Aubrey joined CMA almost 3 years ago as a Salesperson at CMA’s Valley CDJR. As he learned, he gradually increased his sales and in December 2021, he broke CMA’s record for sales by one salesperson with 43 in one month! He is a proud US Army veteran.

Aubrey has been a great team player within CMA and we cannot wait to see what he does as our new Finance Manager at CMA’s Valley CDJR.

 

Adam Payne

Adam started as a Salesperson at CMA’s Valley Honda almost 7 years ago and worked his way up to Finance/Sales Manager next door at VW. He then moved to Finance Manager at CMA’s Valley CDJR and has consistently been in the top 3 F&I Managers with the highest PVR for all of CMA.

Adam has a huge heart and is dedicated to his kids and family. At work, he has always been willing to help train, listen, and coach any of our staff in Staunton. We know he will continue to be an excellent leader in his new role as Sales Manager at CMA’s Valley CDJR.

It is a pleasure to see both of these CMA stars be promoted to their new positions. Please help us congratulate them both as we continue Moving Lives Forward!

    As a relatively new member of the CMA family here in Williamsburg I am always encouraged when I read about the advancement and successes of fellow CMA staff.

    Congratulations Aubrey and Adam as your lives are moved forward. I am sure as a result of your hard work and dedication.

    We are very fortunate to work for a company that takes the time to recognize individual successes. I think it gives everyone hope for there futures here at CMA.

    Congratulation again to Aubrey and Adam, sounds like you will make a great team as you move CMA’s Valley CDJR forward.
