It’s Tax Time! W-2s Now Available

It’s tax time and your tax forms and W-2’s are available now in Paylocity!

We encourage you to retrieve your W-2 electronically, including printing it at work if you don’t have a home printer. These forms may be mailed to you and will arrive any day, if not already, if you did not elect to receive these forms digitally. For those who have elected digital delivery, these instructions may help.

Instructions for retrieving your W-2:

Desktop: After you log into Paylocity, choose “Employee Payroll File” under “Employees” in the top menu bar. Select the “Pay” tab, click “Tax Forms,” and choose the year(s). You’ll choose to either password protect the document or waive the protection, and then you can view the PDF file.

Mobile App: Tap the menu at the top left, and choose “Pay.” Tap “Tax Forms” at the bottom-right of your screen, and choose the year(s). Tap the envelope icon at the top-right to send this info to an email address. You’ll be prompted to create a password for the PDF by default.

TRANSFERS AND REHIRES

Please note: If you received pay from more than one CMA company in 2021, you must log into Paylocity under each company ID independently to retrieve your W2 form.

For benefits-related reporting, 1095’s have been sent digitally and are available for retrieval following the instructions emailed to you last week from onlineformretrieval@mail.onlineformretrieval.com.
