Shawn Sheffler, Service Advisor at CMA’s Subaru of Winchester, was recognized in a Subaru Love Promise moment:

A family was traveling from Texas to NYC when their vehicle broke down in Winchester. It needed a replacement engine.

Shawn showed empathy, respected their time, and walked them through their options from the repair process to buying a new replacement vehicle (A through Z service).
