Doing More for Each Other

We wanted to share a “double header” example of CMA associates doing more for each other. Last week,  Tim Breeden, Parts Manager at CMA’s Colonial Auto Center, treated everyone in their Parts & Service Departments to lunch from the R U Freak’n Hungry food truck!  These teams have been so busy and Tim wanted to recognize them for all their hard work. Russell Walters, one of our Technicians, asked his family to bring the food truck by and it was a home run! According to one associate: “It was great to watch everyone laughing on their lunch break & to see them actually take a break when most days the Parts & Service Departments are so busy they may not take lunch.”

Thank you, Tim and Russell, for caring about your teams. While this may not be our Do More Moment winner, it’s still a great example of how Owners Just Do More!
