As you know, here at CMA, we are more than just numbers. It’s our people that make us great. Now that Liza has shared the records and sales highlights for May, let’s take a look at just a few of the people and stories behind those awesome numbers, as shared by their managers.
“At CMA’s CDJR of Martinsburg, on Memorial Day, an older man and his wife were on the way to their vacation in a truck they bought in Rockville, MD. It only had 200 miles on it and it left them on the side of the road. Service was closed so Chuck Honer and I (Mike Engle) started trying to figure out what was wrong. After about 2 hours we check the fuse to find out it was never taken out of transportation mode! It was fixed for the couple and they were then on their way to enjoying their vacation.”
“At CMA’s Hyundai of Winchester, service advisor Kambre Ware was spotted helping an elderly customer. The older lady had forgotten her cane and Kambre held her hand all the way, up a hill, to her car. It was a great moment and a reflection of just how much she cares for her customers and for CMA!!”
“At CMA’s Toyota of Winchester, a customer came in who was looking to purchase her first brand new car. She needed a vehicle, as she was having to drive a family member’s car due to hers breaking down. She had been saving up for 3 months for a down payment and was ready to move forward with a purchase. After picking out her dream car, she shared that she was concerned that she wasn’t going to get approved, due to previous issues with her credit. As time went by waiting for the final word from the bank, she continued to become more discouraged, and began saying she didn’t believe she was going to get approved and didn’t know what she was going to do. Tyler Staddon, finance manager, came out and spoke with her, to find out exactly what had happened, and what was holding up the approval. Tyler then called the bank and spoke with them, explaining what happened, and why this young lady was looking to purchase a vehicle. The bank then approved the vehicle, and when the news was shared, the young lady began to cry tears of joy, and was ecstatic that she wasn’t going to have to continue driving her family’s vehicle, and that she would have safe and reliable transportation. Tyler Staddon went the extra mile to help this young lady, and to help move her life forward.”
