Beth Lucchesi, CMA’s Talent Acquisition Specialist, is truly doing and caring more for our dealerships, and Chad Arnold at CMA’s Valley Dealerships sent this in to recognizer her efforts recently:

“We recently ran into a period where we had a decent amount of turnover in our parts departments. We got to a point that we were very understaffed and leaning heavily on a few individuals. We were scared they would burnout before we were able to hire and train new associates to fill the empty spots. This is where Beth comes in. I sent her one email to ask for help recruiting and by the end of the day she had posted a requisition, screened a few previous candidates, and began setting appointments for interviews. By the end of the week we had the hiring process started on 4 very high quality associates. The process of going through resumes and making initial contacts with job candidates can get tedious and time consuming especially for a manager like Brad Wimer, who is pulled in 1,000 different directions every day. Beth, you are a rockstar, you embody CMA’s mission, vision, and values every day, in every interaction. Thank you so much for your support; you are proof that ‘Owners Just Care More!’”
