“We were 500 miles into an 800 mile family vacation when our Durango started making noise. We pulled into your Staunton dealership (CMA’s Valley CDJR) just after 5pm, desperate for help. Although Service was gone, Skip Shank ultimately diagnosed loose rear wheels and tightened our lugs…saving our vacation and quite possibly our lives!

He went WAY above and beyond with his time, effort, concern, and hospitality, even though there was no vehicle purchase likely. He is a great representative for your company and obviously a terrific person; we cannot express our thanks enough!!!

As for a future purchase, you never know…as a matter of fact, we purchased our Durango in Richmond, VA on another family vacation.
