Happy First Anniversary “Mar-Win”

In the hit 1996 Broadway musical “Rent,” there was a song that asks: “how do you measure a year?.”  The song’s obvious answer was in minutes … as in 525,600 minutes! That a lot of minutes. But it does not really tell you much of a story.

But, now a little over 525,600 minutes ago, we welcomed four dealerships under the CMA umbrella, taking us to an even 20 operations, ensuring that with every minute CMA would never be the same. We affectionately call them the Mar-Win stores as they operate in Martinsburg, WV and Winchester, VA!  Not only did this mark the first time our business operated outside the Commonwealth of Virginia, but for the first time in our company’s history we were able to take on the Toyota Brand.

More than just minutes, we also measure this past year in new customers from the Martinsburg, WV and Winchester VA markets. In those 525,600 minutes we were able to bring nearly 6,700 new and used car customers into the CMA family and more than 45,000 service customers got to know just how it feels to have their lives moved forward!

But mostly we mark this past year with 250 incredibly hard-working and high-performing new CMA associates that feel like they’ve been a part of the CMA culture all along. The lives they’ve touched in the community continues to spread the CMA story of Owner’s who just care more. And the positive business impact these stores display month in and month out illustrates to the rest of CMA just what excellence looks like.

So Happy Anniversary Mar-Win …. Those 525,600 minutes just flew!
