A fellow CMA owners wants to recognize Niki Slaughter of CMA’s Chevy & Toyota of Martinsburg.
“Niki was the Finance manager for our customer Kathy Stanley, who just purchased a new Toyota Highlander. During her interview Kathy and her daughter shared that she just lost her husband and was having a difficult time. Niki had asked in conversation if she has seen her husband since his passing. Kathy stated no and seemed concerned, however shared that during the funeral three peacocks just walked up to the casket and then walked away. Kathy shared she thought or hoped that was him. That evening Niki ordered and had shipped to her house a beautiful keychain of a peacock that read –
Advice from a peacock:
– Stand Out.
– Be a colorful character.
– Love boldly. Turn heads.
– Share your unique voice.
– Bring joy to others.
– Strut your stuff!
Kathy broke down in tears after receiving it and shared with some friends that she had no idea who it was from, but how it made her feel was absolutely incredible. Thanks, Niki, for always thinking of others and listening for those moments to move another life forward.”
Advice we can all live by! Thank you, Niki, for being an Owner who just does more!
