Jennifer Byers, of CMA’s Valley VW Parts Department, earned a stellar review on Google!

“I wanted to take the time to acknowledge Jennifer in the parts department for going out of her way to help my son. He is a student at JMU and recently the rear license plate was stolen off his vehicle. In the process they damaged the rear tag bracket. I called and spoke to Jennifer, explaining that I didn’t quite know what the issue was and she said that she would take a look to see if they could fix it or would order the bracket if needed. They were able to use a larger bolt to attach the tag temporarily and got the bracket ordered for him as a long term fix. Good to know that there are folks willing to look out for your kids when they are away from home! Valley VW will be getting all our service work for the next three years.”
