October is Employee Ownership Month and we celebrate being an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) through continued education and by playing ESOP BINGO across the company. Playing ESOP BINGO is a fun way to educate ourselves on what being part of an ESOP means. We are proud to be an ESOP Company for the past 43 years!
Beginning TODAY and each weekday every Owner will receive an email with the “ESOP Question of the Day.” Just like traditional BINGO, if your card has the correct answer, mark the box with a pen, pencil or highlighter. Once you have 5 correct answers across, down or diagonally, you have ESOP BINGO! You then have 24 hours to email me a photo of your BINGO card to confirm your answers. (And, hold on to your BINGO card….you’ll need it to claim your prize.) Once declared an ESOP BINGO Winner you will receive a never before seen CMA Prize!
ESOP BINGO is for everyone to play and most answers can be found on CMApeople.com under the ESOP tab!
ESOP BINGO cards will be handed out by your Communications Committee Representative listed below. If your dealership does not yet have a Communications Committee Representative, don’t worry, we’ll make sure that ESOP BINGO cards get distributed to everyone.
