It is a pleasure to be able to write this email telling you about my experience with buying a new 2022 Cadillac CT5.

In this world of buying a new car, it often comes with an effort. My buy experience of buying a car from Jeff Holland of CMA’s Colonial Auto Center was a pleasure.

With my first contact with Jeff over the phone, I found the conversation very pleasant and the process of buying the car was moving forward and effortless.  Jeff’s communications skills were great!

One item I told Jeff, he works with quality people. Scott Draper of the Finance Dept. was great.  Jim Isbister (DX driver) personally delivered the car to my home. A fine gentleman.

I want to tell you something I am sure you already know.  Jeff Holland is an asset to CMA’s Colonial Auto Center.

The best new car purchase experience I have had. Thanks to Jeff Holland of CMA’s Colonial Auto Center, my purchase of a 2022 Cadillac CT5 was a pleasure. The car was in Charlottesville, Virginia and the car was brought to my home in Aldie, Virginia. When the car arrived at my home, I was given the opportunity to do a visual inspection of the car and to test drive the car without signing any paperwork and without any deposit put down on the car. Jeff Holland sales approach was professional, personal and he accommodated my requests. I must tell you, I love the CT5 and I am so grateful to have purchase the car from Jeff.
