Sweet Treats for Outstanding Service!

This picture was taken one morning when the team at CMA’s Hyundai of Winchester was pleasantly surprised by Petra, a long-term service customer who unexpectedly showed up with some sweet treats, chocolates, and a heartfelt appreciation for the services they had recently provided.

“Ms. Schweitzer, who insists we call her by her first name, is a professor at a local university with a very busy schedule. Occasionally she will need our help, but has very little, or sometimes no, advanced notice of when she can come in. Although the time slots on our schedule have long been filled, everyone on the team puts in their best effort to assist. Whether it’s an advisor that quickly does what they can to get her dropped off and picked up from university on time that day, or a technician who works through their lunch break or stays after hours to complete the repairs, all pull together to make it happen…and Petra doesn’t let it go unnoticed. Sometimes it’s donuts and cake and other times it’s high quality German chocolate, however every time she is sweet and sincere with her appreciation!
