What is Spring Pride?
Spring Pride is an annual event at CMA that helps us to truly focus on our facility maintenance, to clean up, and declutter. It’s important that we take a good look at our dealerships through the eyes of our
customers. What improvements can be made?
Some projects cost money, which Managers may want to budget for and make improvements. Most
projects just need a sharp eye, a few minutes of each associates time, and a trash can or dumpster!
A detailed schedule will follow soon along with a sample judge’s score sheet highlighting specific areas to focus on.
