For anyone who is new to the company, all associates are invited the first Wednesday of every month to join us on Zoom (link below) – you can do it from your phone in your service bay, from your computer on the parts counter, from your iPad at home, in the accounting office, the showroom, or the service drive!
We have the opportunity for one hour to celebrate together, train together and grow together as one CMA. Each month, Liza kicks us off with a few highlights from the previous month, top performers, records set and broken as well as stories about our associates who are truly moving lives forward, living our core values daily in their dealerships and making a difference.
In January, our focus was on goal setting for the year of 2023; in February, we trained on habits – forming good ones and breaking the bad ones; and in March, many people are now at the time of the year that their goals become a slight distant memory, new habits that have been formed may or may not still be in place and it is time to focus on ACCOUNTABILITY.
Tomorrow at 9am, we will do shout outs for February (although not all of the results will be in quite yet) and then spend 40 minutes training on and discussing tools that we use to increase our accountability to ourselves, to each other and to our goals.
