“I usually dread buying a new car because I hate the entire process. However, this was the most pleasant car buying experience we’ve ever had. The entire sales team here at CMA’s Valley Volkswagen was so courteous, professional, and helpful, that we’d absolutely make the 2.5 hour drive to buy from them in the future.

The whole process started when we saw a new EV listed online that appeared to be available. We learned that it was in transit and Mindy Hartzell kept us up to date throughout the 3 week wait and answered every question we had almost immediately. When the car arrived, we scheduled a time to come down and spoke with Matt Groves to try to find some financing and trade-in options that would work best for us. I felt like he was very honest and transparent throughout the process.

When we arrived, warranty options and add-ons were offered, there was no sense of being overly pushy or trying to force us to accept certain things. They took the time to go over every aspect of the new vehicle with us and make sure that we were comfortable with everything. We left feeling very satisfied with our purchase and happy with the dealership. A great experience overall.”
