At CMA, we are committed to doing our part to protect our planet and reduce our environmental impact. We are thrilled to remind everyone CMA has a Green Team to lead the charge in promoting sustainability initiatives across our company.
Our first order of business is to encourage everyone to join the Green Team by signing up! Just let us know you are interested in joining us.
To help promote our efforts, we will be using the hashtags #CMAsGreenTeam and #CMALovestheEarth on social media.
We will also be celebrating Earth Day all week long from April 16-22 with various dealership green initiatives that we will promote both internally and externally on social media.
During this week, the entire company will support our efforts to save the earth by putting together dealership teams to participate in a grounds clean-up initiative. We will use “green” bags for clean-up, promotional photos, and more.
Some of the initiatives we are considering include recycling cabin air filters and car plastic and holding a recycling competition for prizes to create awareness and support for our sustainability efforts.
We are also excited to announce that during Earth Week, we will have Green Trivia on CMApeople every day for the week. Everyone who responds with the correct answer will be entered into a drawing for a daily prize.
As Green Team leaders, we will be meeting with the GM’s monthly to update them with our initiatives and offer support to prepare for Spring Pride. Our big initiative is coordinating the clean-up of the grounds and surrounding areas during Earth Week.
