Chan Nesbit, CMA’s Colonial Auto Center, sent this email to Zach Hackett at CMA’s Valley CDJR and Tom Lincoln at CMA’s Colonial Auto Center.
“Zach and Tom,

Thanks for making us ALL look good. I just got the longest text in many years of texting with the Albemarle County Police’s fleet manager singing Tom’s praises. This wouldn’t have been possible without a heavy assist from Zach, providing all the Dodge warranty information. Greg was most appreciative of receiving this information proactively, without even asking for it. It’s been a week of extra-challenging customers, and Tom’s had more than his share of them, so I wanted to pass along the praise from arguably our biggest, best service customer, and generally, a man of few words.

“This is above and beyond service! I actually preferred something in writing and [Tom] did so without me even having to ask. Very appreciated that [he] took the extra time to do this.”
“…I just wanted someone to know that this is impressive and I really appreciate the great service [Tom] provides, and his extra attention…”
Zach and Robert, thanks for helping us take care of these police cars (and the other customers too, but this email is all about ACPD). Their satisfaction and service contract are critical for our shop, and your support is not taken for granted.”

Chan also had this to say about Robert Migliaccio, Service Director at CMA’s Valley CJDR:
“Robert deserves his mention too. He’s been right there, answering my emails and calls when Zach is off or busy!”
