In today’s society unfortunately we never get an e-mail that states what a great job someone has done. However, we are very quick to send an e-mail when something is not right or feel we were treated badly.
I wanted to take this opportunity to write and let you know what a wonderful experience we had buying our car from David Kraemer from CMA’s Hyundai of Winchester. This is our 5th Hyundai that we purchased and we wanted to let you know that the level of professionalism was outstanding!!!
My husband and I were just looking to see what cars were out there and what we would like. We started with Hyundai, as I stated we bought 4 already, and never once felt pressured at all. David saw us pull in and he let us look around and then approached us. He inquired what we were looking for and we explained what we would like. We test drove 2 different vehicles. The first one we were not happy with which was the Tuscon. Next we drove the basic Santa Fe. We loved the car but some features were missing that we like in our Elantra. One being the dual temperature setting. David then showed us another Santa Fe with the features. My husband and I decided then that we would buy the car. We did not even look at other car dealerships or cars as we were very impressed with David.
This past Saturday, we went back to the dealership to pick up our registration and we had a few questions regarding the car. David was very patient with both me and my husband and answered all of our questions.
David is a terrific salesperson ,as I stated before not once did we feel pressured to buy a car. Had we felt pressured, we would have walked out and they would have lost the sale. My husband and I have done that multiple times when we felt pressured.
While in the process of buying the car, David’s manager Tony Grist approached us and introduced himself to us. We told him what a great job David did. Then as we were leaving, Tony came over and personally thanked us for coming in and doing business with the dealership.
We just felt the need to let you know how much we appreciated the level of expertise that the dealership has.
