Duties:

• Building and maintaining positive internal relationships
• Forecast goals and objectives for the department
• Prepare and oversee annual operating budget for the parts department
• Comply with federal, state, and local regulations that may affect parts sales
• Monitor parts department employees’ payroll records
• Establish a pricing policy that balances volume, customer loyalty, and the cost of doing business.
• Monitor and adjust inventory to minimize obsolescence
• Implement procedures to manage inventory control, staff utilization, security, merchandising and advertising

Requirements:

• Minimum three years automotive parts experience preferred
• Mechanical / Service background preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Sales experience
• CDK Software experience preferred but not required
• Professional personal appearance
• High school diploma or equivalent
