Duties:
- Building and maintaining positive internal relationships
- Forecast goals and objectives for the department
- Prepare and oversee annual operating budget for the parts department
- Comply with federal, state, and local regulations that may affect parts sales
- Monitor parts department employees’ payroll records
- Establish a pricing policy that balances volume, customer loyalty, and the cost of doing business.
- Monitor and adjust inventory to minimize obsolescence
- Implement procedures to manage inventory control, staff utilization, security, merchandising and advertising
Requirements:
- Minimum three years automotive parts experience preferred
- Mechanical / Service background preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Sales experience
- CDK Software experience preferred but not required
- Professional personal appearance
- High school diploma or equivalent
