Last week, our Salesman Jory Smith, at Martinsburg Toyota, witnessed an act of extraordinary kindness and care by our service tech Dennis Smith.
During his lunch break, Dennis noticed a couple struggling with a flat tire and immediately offered his help. He assured them he would return promptly and went back to the dealership to grab his tools. Dennis then proceeded to change their tire, ensuring they could get back on the road.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Dennis for exemplifying an Uncommon Level of Care and going above and beyond, even when he thought no one was watching.
