CMA is excited to announce that Carmen was recognized as one of this year’s 40 under 40 by Automotive News! 40 Under 40 recognizes a group of talented leaders who are stars in automotive retail each year.
Carmen is the epitome of a hands on, action oriented Service Manager at Valley Subaru. She started as a receptionist, learned a bit in the accounting office and eventually found her home in the service lane while also being a passionate mom and wife to her family.
So often there is a misperception that you have to have a strong technical background or an incredible knowledge of cars to work in a dealership service department. Carmen certainly knows her stuff but what she knows best is how to create relationships with her technicians, her service advisors, and especially the thousands of customers per year that visit us at CMA’s Valley Subaru.
