Requirements:
- 2-3 years previous experience

- Successful attainment of lender approvals through appropriate deal organization and negotiation
- Ensuring completion & submission of all financing documentation
- Team oriented with continuous support to the sales team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of Zurich and CDK a plus!
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
