Four exciting new benefits offered through HealthJoy will be available for all CMA employees and their immediately family members beginning on August 1! Here is what’s changing with HealthJoy:
Telemedicine
CMA will be transitioning to Teladoc General Health telemedicine. This change will offer a larger network of providers as well as access to nutrition, dermatology, and smoking cessation program services – all paid for by CMA!
Mental Health
CMA will begin offering virtual mental health therapy through Teladoc which will include access to therapists, psychologists, and psychiatrists for only $25 per consultation. Dependents aged 13-17 will also have access to talk therapy sessions with parent/guardian consent.
Chronic Care
CMA will begin offering free programming for qualified members though Livongo by Teladoc to help address prediabetes/diabetes, Hypertension (high blood pressure), and weight management. Once qualified, each member will receive connected device(s) and gain access to specific resources and coaches.
Virtual Exercise Therapy
CMA will begin offering Virtual Back and Joint Pain Programming as an effective exercise therapy program for individuals struggling with back, neck, shoulder, knee, hip, hand, wrist, elbow, ankle, and/or foot pain. With guidance and support from a personal coach, you can significantly reduce pain and improve function in just 15 minutes per day. Better yet, this program is completely free for you to use!
How do I get access to these new benefits?
Simply make sure you have downloaded and activated your HealthJoy account, and these new benefits became available on August 1st. Dependents age 18 and older should download/activate their own account. Don’t have HealthJoy yet? Simply scan this QR code!
