The Tinquist family was on a two week vacation, traveling from Minnesota. They were camping in the Shenandoah Valley and heading to New River Gorge in West Virginia. As they were traveling down 81, their Atlas had a major issue and the right rear spring broke. They had to drop the camper off at a dentist office parking lot because they could no longer pull it. On Wednesday morning, they drove the Atlas to the dealership to see if we could help them. We ordered the parts Thursday and they arrived the next morning. Billy Krumpter picked the camper up from the dentist office with one of our trucks. We pulled the camper behind recon and ran extension cords out to the camper so they could have electricity. On Thursday morning we offered our Atlas for the family to use so they could take their 4 kids and camper to New River Gorge. Dan Tinquist (the father) brought was very appreciative of all we did to help them so their vacation was not completely ruined. Even though he lives 1000 miles away we have gained a new customer for the future.
Dan Tinquist wrote a review of his experience:
“We cannot say enough good things about this business! Matt, Kyler, Janine, and the whole Valley Volkswagen team took care of us when we broke down 1,000 miles from home. Our experience was so great, we plan to buy our next Volkswagen here and we live in Minnesota. They do business right! I am extremely grateful for their generosity and kindness.”
Thank you Valley Volkswagen for providing an #UncommonLevelofCARE to the Tinquist family! Stories like this are amazing to hear about! Keep up the outstanding work!😊
