
Beth Lucchesi wanted to give a shoutout Nick Capuzzo from Valley Honda!
Beth had interviewed a potential candidate, Andre Morgan, who is a service customer at Valley Honda. During the course of the interview, she learned that Andre and his fiancé had purchased a vehicle from a competitor and were experiencing service challenges. They came to CMA in an effort to understand what was going on with their Pilot. They met Nick, who took care of the car, kept them informed, and established a great relationship.
Later on, some warning lights came on which gave them concern, so they came in without an appointment. Once again, Nick took care of them. Nick took the time to show them the diagnostic codes, confirm the car was operating properly, and explained what happened. Before they left, Mr. Morgan shared that he was frustrated with his current employer and really enjoyed the atmosphere at CMA. Nick immediately suggested he apply and talk to HR about job opportunities at CMA.
To sum up, Nick converted a customer from a competitor, routinely shows them an uncommon level of care AND shared recruitment opportunity.
We are not sure at this point if Mr. Morgan will join us as an associate, but I had to share Morgan’s story of Nick’s patience, understanding and honesty and how it impacted this family.
