Exceptional Service from Mark Rogers and Jeanine Bayne at CMA’s Valley Volkswagen!

Below is a customer letter commending the outstanding service of Mark Rogers and Jeanine Bayne at Valley Volkswagen!

“We have been customers at Valley VW for almost 10 years. We started at the service department, and we were so pleased we have bought and traded 3 cars over those years. Our sales person Mark Rogers has always helped us and kept in contact with us.

We have always been happy at the service department, and we want to share about our last experience:

 A couple of weeks ago we noticed our car display told us we were low on coolant, we took it by Valley VW and Jeanine at service had someone add coolant at no charge. He said our water pump may be leaking and to keep an eye on it. About a week ago, our car display showed we were low on coolant.  my wife took our Atlas to Valley VW service, and once again, Jeanine had someone top off our coolant at no charge. When my wife was pulling out of the dealership, she said someone ran out and said it looked like coolant was pouring out of our vehicle. My wife brought the car home and parked it.

Jeanine had originally set up a appointment for Tuesday but called and told us our Atlas was under warranty for the water pump repairs, and found us a loaner while the car was repaired. We felt uneasy about driving our vehicle back so Jeanine sent someone with the loaner to our house, and they brought coolant so they could drive it back to the dealership! This saved us a towing bill, also my wife and I are retired and senior citizens, so it was a great help, and extremely thoughtful and kind.

It is service and actions like that, keeps us coming to Valley VW. We tell others about this and tell them it is a great place to go for service and vehicles. Thank you for your vehicles you carry and people in your dealership. I know you may send a survey, and we will answer it. This was such a exceptional step of service, we had to let you know directly.
