“I thought you might appreciate some feed back on your service team.

On September 21, my 2013 Honda Accord dealt me a bad hand on 64 West (near the WVA line) when my head gasket gave out.

The tow truck operator who gave my car a lift suggested going to Valley Honda. As we were driving there, I called your service department and got connected to speak with Nick Cappuzzo.

Upon arrival, Nick got a tech assigned to look at my car pronto. Unfortunately, the news was not good: the head gasket needed to be rebuilt; a multiple days task. Nick got me connected with America First Rental for a vehicle to get back that night to my family in northern VA.

Over the next 12 days, Nick kept me posted with updates on the work. Yes, there were delays in getting parts and the machine shop vendor needed more time; but Nick kept everything moving forward. Finally, the good news came, and after 3 test drives, Nick and his team could give me the reassurance that I could drive my car back to NOVA with no problems.

I want to thank Nick and his team for staying on this over the 12 day period; I got the feeling that his team wanted a good outcome despite the situation.
