“I recently purchased a 2023 Ram Laramie Quad-Cab. Product Specialist, Ryan Johns, was most helpful. Earlier this week, I experienced failure with the back-up camera. I came to the dealership and Ryan walked outside to greet me. I shared my issue concerning the back-up camera. After Googling similar reports online and reading, it was most likely a loose wiring harness behind the back bumper. Ryan laid down on the hot asphalt and addressed the issue and resolved my problem. Such customer service is very rare these days. Ryan is the best!
