“Anthony, a standout member of our Service Department, demonstrated exceptional commitment to customer satisfaction earlier this month in November. A customer visited our dealership with an issue regarding his Cadillac, and Anthony not only arranged a shuttle to transport the gentleman home but went above and beyond. During the customer’s absence, it came to light that he had no means to pick up his daughter from work. His daughter, a school teacher in Hagerstown, MD, found herself in a predicament. Recognizing the importance of the situation, Anthony took it upon himself to personally pick up the customer’s daughter from her workplace, ensuring she got home safely. Subsequently, Anthony then retrieved the customer and returned him to the dealership to address the service needs of his Cadillac. Anthony’s initiative and dedication to providing comprehensive assistance exemplify our commitment to going the extra mile for our customers.”
