What makes visiting your stores so nice is … how nice it is to visit your stores. It was a pleasure to work with Ed, Adam & Ricky and fun to see Jeannie again. Like you, I have been in more than a few dealerships – and more than a few of the top producers. It is rare to see the combination of excellent processes and genuinely good people. Well done. An example is your team’s willingness to help each other improve. Adam was mentoring a young F&I specialist from one of the valley stores to improve her service contract skills. Good for her. Good for Adam. Ricky mentioned that he struggled initially; but with generous positive reinforcement from team members and managers, his sales improved to 13 last month. Good for Ricky. Good for your team members and managers. You’ve built a team of team members – and you & I know how rare that is.     Jay Cremins has been a trainer in the Automotive industry for many decades and has spent time in thousands of dealerships. He has very high expectations and has seen it all. Praise from him is held in high regard! Great job to the whole team at CMA’s Colonial Honda!
