“Donovan Louden helped a customer who works as a linguist for the US Military in Syria. They spent two weeks finding the right Toyota Tundra. Since the customer was actively serving in the military, Donovan managed the whole deal remotely. Despite a snowstorm, Donovan personally delivered the truck to the customer’s house. He went through all the truck’s features with the customer’s wife and explained everything over the phone to the customer so he could enjoy the vehicle when he gets back home.”
