CMA proudly shares ownership with our Associates through our ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Program). This month, we will hold Owners Meetings in every market to update you with our 2023 Stock Price, and all eligible employees will receive their most recent stock statement.
We offer the ability to save for retirement through our 401k, administered by Empower. All Full-time and Part-time associates are eligible to participate in 401k!
We will also share some great financial education and wellness tools available through Empower. Knowledge is powerful and an important first step in learning and executing a financial strategy for you and your family.
