CODE4 in Action at CMA’s CMA’s Hyundai of Lynchburg!

Take a moment to read the letter below praising Christy Herald CMA’s Hyundai of Lynchburg:

“Dear Jason Fleming:

I am writing this note to you, to show our appreciation for all the hard work, professionalism and kindness that Christy Herald showed us.  

We were headed home from Pennsylvania (February 16, visiting my mother) when our car broke down in Virginia. We were stranded on the interstate for 2 hours before the tow truck arrived and then we had another hour drive in the tow truck to get to your dealership.

We were exhausted when we arrived at CMA Hyundai and overwhelmed (engine failure).  Right away Christy said that she was going to help us and it would be alright. She put us in touch with the Case Manager, helped us find a rental car and then had someone drive us to the airport to get the rental car. The list goes on and on of how much she did for us.  

We just picked up our car yesterday from Gainesville, GA Hyundai.  

Once again, we just wanted to express our gratitude and appreciation. The way that our world is now, it is hard to find people like Christy Herald.
