When a customer was involved in a car accident while driving one of our loaner vehicles, Caleb and Jarred didn’t miss a beat. Instead of waiting for a call or handling the situation from a distance, they immediately jumped into action. They drove straight to the scene—not just with a replacement vehicle in hand, but with care and concern in their hearts.
Their priority wasn’t the car—it was the customer. They wanted to ensure he was okay, offer reassurance, and show up not just as CMA associates, but as people who truly Care More.
