“Today I had the joy of a sentimental delivery for one of my customers. Of course ALL deliveries are special but this one really touched me. She’s owned several Volvos and she shared with me that back when we were at the Ivy road location we put the vehicle inside the showroom and then the customer drove it out and it was a such a memorable experience. So today, instead of having it right outside I placed it inside the showroom. When she came in and saw she was moved to tears. And when she noticed the special spot for her beloved rescue dog she was moved even more so. I’m proud to be helping move lives forward with CMA’s Volvo Cars of Charlottesville!”
