Scott Rainey mentioned his team was shorthanded in the service lane for a week (Ray was on vacation). Cheyenne and Jessica handled the front like the seasoned pros they are! Scott stepped in when necessary to help. The awesome news? Their CSE scores for the month were spectacular, showing how dialed in they were! When Ray came back from vacation the team took it to the next level and went into overdrive. They work so well together, that when one is struggling the other two pick up the slack. This is leaps and bounds above the experience our customers were getting only a year ago.
