Job Summary:
CMA’s CDJR of Martinsburg is seeking an experienced General Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the sales team, including Used Cars; Finance, Sales Managers, and New Car Inventory. Your primary responsibility will be to promote the growth and development of the sales team!

Sales Management Requirements:
– Minimum of 5 years of previous automotive sales/finance experience.
– Proven history of managing a successful sales team.

– Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
– High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred.
