We’re thrilled to celebrate a significant milestone: Frances Meiklejohn’s five-year work anniversary at CMA!
As our Senior Benefits and Well-being Administrator, Frances has been an invaluable asset to our team. She consistently demonstrates her dedication, expertise, and passion for HR. Her unique blend of CliftonStrengths—Context, Ideation, Intelligence, Input, and Strategic—has enabled her to excel in her role and make a significant impact on CMA.
One of Frances’ most recent achievements, earning her SHRM-CP certification, is a testament to her commitment to professional growth. This certification recognizes her mastery of core HR competencies.
Beyond her day-to-day responsibilities, Frances actively shares her knowledge and insights through regular articles on CMA People about benefits and wellness. She is also a speaker at our monthly new hire events and is a subject matter expert and professional mentor to the People Team.
Currently, Frances is playing a key role in a critical project: replacing our current hiring platform with Paylocity’s solution and conducting training for hiring managers. Her expertise and dedication are instrumental in ensuring a smooth transition and successful implementation.
She is a 2023 recipient of the Spark Plug Award and a regular driver for Meals on Wheels.
We’re incredibly proud of Frances’ accomplishments and contributions to CMA. Her impact extends far beyond her role. As we look to the future, we’re excited to see what Frances will continue to achieve.
Here’s to many more years of success and innovation!
