“Mr. Hohl was traveling from Alabama to upstate New York when he suddenly had a bad vibration. As he pulled off to the side of the road, the left front wheel actually fell off of the vehicle! He was in immediate need of service as he had a meeting the following morning in New York. When Chuck received his call, he ensured Mr. Hohl that we would do everything in our power to get him back on the road that day. Upon arrival, Neal Lucas and Pierce Cartwright were quick to get the vehicle in the service bay and assess the damages. It was clear the vehicle needed all 5 wheel studs replaced; however, the challenge arose when they found that the wheel was damaged and not safe to mount back onto the vehicle. That’s when Ray and Cindy quickly rose to the challenge and started calling around to other Subaru retailers in an attempt to track one down. They ended up finding a wheel available for his car; however, it was 140 miles away and at this point, it was getting late in the day. Billie Jo, Chuck Mason, Pierce Cartwright, and Aaron James said, “NO WORRIES, WE GOT THIS.” Billie Jo began her journey to Annapolis, MD, during rush hour to get Mr. Hohl back on the road, while Chuck, Pierce, and Aaron stayed an extra hour after our usual closing time to ensure Mr. Hohl was in his vehicle, driving to New York! Once home, Mr. Hohl went out of his way to send a very heartfelt card and a sweet treat for our whole store.”
