CMA Owner Recognition for Andrew Parm

This is a great example of what we mean by Owners Just Do More!

From a fellow CMA owner:

A customer was traveling home to NJ when her vehicle became disabled after getting fuel. They were on the way home from getting news that the husband has terminal ALS and is at the end of his road. We looked at the customer’s car with less than an hour of the work day left. Andrew Parm (technician at CMA’s Colonial Subaru) prioritized the vehicle and made sure it would be done in time for him to get home to get his next feeding.

Andrew found the wrong fuel in the system and cleared the system as part of the diagnostic, but then went and filled the vehicle with correct fuel from his own pocket so the customer did not have to pay for the fuel. Then Andrew noticed her oil change was overdue, and not only changed the oil but paid for everything. Andrew truly went above and beyond and didn’t expect any praise and didn’t mention doing so to anyone other than the service advisor to notify the customer. We are so proud to say Andrew definitely “did more”!
