CMA Owner Recognition for Barbara Rowan

A fellow associate at CMA’s Toyota/Chevrolet of Martinsburg sent this in to recognize all Barbara Rowan does for her fellow associates as well as customers:

“Barb is the first person in the door every morning. She voluntarily works several extra hours most days and routinely offers valued assistance to customers, staff, and management. Barb suggested and facilitated the purchase of small coloring books and small, sealed packs of crayons for young children waiting with their parents in service and sales. She uses her own money to buy enough candy to facilitate a continuously full candy bowl, which has become quite popular with customers and the staff in all departments. She also uses her own money to buy seasonal decorations for the windows in the cashier’s office. Additionally, she periodically bakes cookies, banana bread, and pumpkin bread for the Service Department and has become the ‘Office Mom’ to many by listening and offering advice, a shoulder, and hugs.”
