A fellow owner sent in the following about Jordan Floyd at CMA’s Colonial Kia:
“Jordan delivered a car to a customer that lived about 30 minutes away. He was elderly and had no way of getting the car to his house because this car was being used as a security net – he wanted two vehicles in case something happened to the first. Mr. Wilson took us down memory lane and told us about his war souvenirs and then had to take a ton of pictures of Jordan and himself in front of the car. Today we got those pictures in the mail to which Mr. Wilson wrote ‘Thanks Mr. Hollywood for your helpful friendly attitude. I was very impressed with your knowledge and skills.’ ”
