CMA Owner Shoutout for Darrel Kerby at CMA’s Hyundai of Winchester!

A fellow Owner wanted to shoutout and recognize Darrel Kerby for his uncommon level of care at CMA’s Hyundai of Winchester recently!

“We had an older customer drive in with their low tire pressure light on in her 2022 Hyundai Sonata. Darrel Kerby stopped what he was doing, had the customer pull up the car and put air in the tire for the customer so she could be on her way. No charge, no wait, just helped. While this is a small thing, it is an example of what the Hyundai of Winchester team does on a daily basis, going that extra mile to help when they can. The customer was in a rush and was worried. She set an appointment to get her car checked out at a later date (if the light came back on) but was able to get to her doctors appointment on time.”
