
Congratulations to Tony Gagliardi on being promoted to General Manager of CMA’s Colonial Subaru!
Tony joined CMA in February 2020 as General Sales Manager at CMA’s Colonial Honda and has successfully led the sales team for the last two years. This successful experience, coupled with previous experience as a General Manager and a Used Car Director outside of CMA, makes Tony uniquely qualified for this position. He replaces Tim Cosgrove, who is moving into a different role within CMA. See more info below!
Tony originates from Haberhill, Massachusetts, and is one of six children. He is the proud father of two daughters and one son. He likes to golf at the Federal Club in Ashland and enjoys cooking. His signature dishes are baked scallops, spinach pie and cheesecake.

Congratulations to Jun Park on being named General Sales Manager at CMA’s Colonial Honda!
Jun joined CMA in May 2020 as a Sales Manager. He was GSM at his previous dealership and has been a tremendous asset at CMA. Jun and Tony have worked closely together to significantly improve the F&I department and the volume in used cars, and together they helped take Honda back to #1 in new car sales in Richmond. we know he will do great things as GSM.
Jun was born in Korea and has lived in New York, New Jersey and Northern VA. In 2001, he moved to Richmond and attended VCU. He also trained at Premier Technical Institute, studying auto mechanics. This is where he decided to try his hand in automotive sales.
He has worked in this industry for 16 years alongside his best friend, CMA’s Finance Manager Jermaine “Jelly” Simpson. When he is not at work Jun can be found playing golf around Richmond. He has hopes of one day playing a round at Augusta.

Congratulations to Tim Cosgrove on being named CMA’s Manager of Corporate Training!
Tim joined CMA in 2013 as Colonial Honda’s General Sales Manager and was promoted to General Manager in 2016. He served there for five years and transferred to CMA’s Colonial Subaru in 2021. During his time with our company, he has proven himself as a great leader and someone who believes in our motto “Owners Just Do More!”
Training is an important part of CMA’s future growth and our mission of Moving Lives Forward. When Liza started considering how to build a stronger training component within CMA, she spoke with numerous people within and outside the company. It became apparent that Tim was the person for the job. We are very excited for Tim and investing even more in our own associates.
These three individuals have already proven themselves to be committed to CMA’s mission, vision, and values. We know they will continue to be important assets to driving CMA’s future!
